I don’t know about you people, but the end of May always means the beginning of fresh fruit and veggie season! I cannot think of a thing that excites me more than heading over to my Uncle’s garden and going through rows and rows of food. On one hand, the foodie in me loves, well…food. But there’s something about the process of cultivation that is so beautiful to me. The recursive relationship of growth between man and his land is one of the most taken for granted necessities.

And so is Munchie Monday! In honor of our return to cyber space we’ve decided to forego the healthy recipes. Who goes out with friends and eats salads and turkey burgers? Certainly not I. When the girls and I catch up it’s over food that is filling—whether it’s fat and calories or guilt that I’m swollen with I can’t be sure. At any rate, enjoy this DELICIOUSLY simple dessert recipe.
